Join me for an immersive sound bath experience designed to promote deep relaxation, energetic balance, and holistic well-being. A sound bath is a meditative journey where you are gently enveloped in layers of soothing sound frequencies, created using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments.

Research has shown that sound therapy can help slow brainwave activity, shifting the nervous system from a state of stress (sympathetic) to a state of rest and healing (parasympathetic). These vibrational frequencies can also stimulate the vagus nerve, reduce cortisol levels, and promote the release of endorphins—supporting improved sleep, reduced anxiety, enhanced clarity, and a profound sense of inner peace.

During the session, you’ll be invited to lie back, relax, and receive. We’ll begin with a brief grounding and breathwork practice, followed by a soundscape designed to gently guide you into a deeply meditative state. No prior experience is necessary—this is a safe and welcoming space for all.

What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow(s), eye mask (optional but recommended), and a water bottle. Creating a comfortable, supportive nest will allow you to fully relax and receive the benefits of the experience.

Bloom Again is located at 18794 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley. It is a new, women owned, local business who’s mission is to leave the world a better place for our children. They focus on sustainable, eco-friendly fashion and are all about breathing new life into pre-loved clothes and home goods. Sellers can rent a booth and sell their clothing and other gently used items. At the end of the week, sellers will have the option to either take their unsold goods back or donate them to those in need. Bloom Again has partnered with Robyn’s Nest and Colette’s Children’s Home, two nonprofit organizations based in Huntington Beach.

Robyn’s Nest provides at-risk and homeless students, who have little to no parental support, with the resources to complete high school, while Colette’s Children’s Home offers a safe place and vital services for women and children in need.

It is one of my personal goals this year to support small and local businesses and give back to my local community, so I couldn’t be more excited to partner with Bloom Again.

The cost to join is $33. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle is accepted at the door, however, please contact Ariana in advance to reserve your spot. Space is limited to 20 people. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. An eye mask is also recommended for additional comfort.

Please contact Ariana with any questions and to reserve your spot at reikibyari@gmail.com or (714) 585-3829.

With gratitude,

Ariana
